What is Memory Minder?

Memory Minder is a free service offered to the families of individuals buried in our cemeteries. It allows you to capture and share memories of your deceased loved ones, including photos, videos, and tributes, in a dedicated online space.

How much does it cost?

Memory Minder is completely free for families of those buried in our cemeteries. We are committed to helping you honour and remember your loved ones without any cost.

Who runs Memory Minder?

Memory Minder is managed by Catholic Cemeteries and Crematoria, dedicated to providing compassionate and supportive services to our community.

Memory Keeper and Friend Roles

What is a Memory Keeper?

A Memory Keeper is a person who creates and maintains a Memory Minder account for a deceased loved one. They can upload photos, videos, and tributes, and manage who can view and contribute to the memories.

How do I become a Memory Keeper?

To become a Memory Keeper, simply sign up for a Memory Minder account through our website and follow the prompts to create a memorial page for your loved one. You will need to provide some basic information about the deceased and your relationship to them.

Can anyone become a Memory Keeper?

To become a Memory Keeper, you will need to have a known relationship with the deceased. In most instances, this would be the owner of the interment rights/rights of interment.

How do I become a Friend?

Friends are individuals invited by the Memory Keeper to view and contribute to the memorial page. If you receive an invitation, you can accept it by following the instructions in the email and creating a basic account to participate.

Can I remove photos or images that are on the page of a loved one?

A Memory Keeper can manage any of the images, videos or tributes on a memorial page, including the ability to add or delete any photos or videos. If you are a Friend, you will only have the ability to delete tributes, photos or videos that were added by you personally.

Can I find the location of my loved one’s burial site through Memory Minder?

Yes, Memory Minder includes the location of your loved one’s burial site, including a location map.

Can I view the memories of my loved one on a mobile device?

You are able to view the memories of your loved one through a mobile device, however, at this stage, Memory Minder has been optimised for desktop experiences.

Technical Questions

How do I log in?

To log in, visit the Memory Minder website and click on the “Login” button. Enter your email address and password to access your account.

I can’t log in.

If you are having trouble logging in, ensure that you are using the correct email address and password. If the issue persists, try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser.

How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. Enter your email address, and you will receive instructions on how to reset your password.
